“How long will the job take?”
It really depends on a variety of issues. No two roofs are the same. To ensure a quality job done, we have to address each issue as they become visible. Our intent is that you get the best possible experience, but also the best possible quality workmanship that went into your roof.
“Does the color of the roof make a difference?”
Yes. Darker colors will absorb more heat than lighter colors.
“I have a shingle roof that leaks, can you just go over the existing roof with new shingles without removing the old roof?”
Just because you have a leak, you may not need a new roof. An inspection would be a good place to start. But if the damage is extensive to the roof deck (what’s underneath the shingle), you may want to replace the wood before putting on new shingle.
